Show Up Anyway
The world is really into buzzwords right now.
Victims.
Hardships.
Trauma.
Boundaries.
Accountability.
At this point it feels like we’re all standing in a fog of inspirational reels and people arguing about whose life is harder.
Meanwhile… real life is happening.
The laundry still needs done.
Your boss still wants that email.
Your knees sound like a bowl of Rice Krispies when you stand up.
Here’s the truth no one loves to say out loud: most of us are just winging it with a FAFO attitude.
Some days accountability looks like deep personal growth. Other days it looks like blasting music in the car, sipping a THC drink, and going for a run that will absolutely crush your soul.
But you did it.
And that’s the point.
You showed up.
Not perfectly.
Not gracefully.
Possibly slightly caffeinated and mildly infused (as needed).
But you showed up.
And tomorrow?
You’ll drag your sore, broken, beautiful, sarcastic self out of bed and do it again.
Because behind all the buzzwords and noise, the real secret is pretty simple:
Just keep showing up.
